Our Story

Founded eight years ago in Kenya, KeyHealth was built on a single, unwavering conviction: that every person deserves fast, reliable, and dignified access to medical services — regardless of where they are or what time of day it is. From our earliest days operating a small fleet of emergency medical vehicles in Nairobi, we recognized a critical gap in Kenya’s healthcare landscape. Patients and families were struggling to access timely medical transport, safe hospital transfers, and consistent pharmacy deliveries. KeyHealth was created to close that gap, and we have been doing so with dedication and professionalism ever since.

Over the past eight years, we have grown into one of Kenya’s most trusted medical delivery organizations, serving over 4,750 clients across the country with a success rate of 97%. Our multidisciplinary team of 11 specialists works around the clock to coordinate emergency medical transport, facilitate seamless hospital-to-hospital transfers, and ensure that life-critical medications reach patients safely and on time. Every service we provide is underpinned by rigorous medical protocols, compassionate care standards, and a deep respect for the urgency that healthcare demands. We do not treat our work as routine — because for our clients, it never is.

At KeyHealth, we understand that behind every call and every delivery is a human life, a family waiting, and a healthcare team counting on us. That is why we invest continuously in our people, our technology, and our processes to ensure that we meet and exceed the expectations of patients, hospitals, and healthcare providers alike. Our network spans urban centers and hard-to-reach communities, ensuring that quality medical delivery services are not a privilege reserved for the few. We are proud of the trust Kenya has placed in us, and we remain committed to earning that trust with every single response.
